Warm up a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions in the oil for about 5 minutes until they become see-through. Add the frozen steak pieces to the pan, cooking and stirring for approximately 10 minutes until the meat is fully browned. Take off the heat and keep aside.
I give it 4 stars because I felt the recipe needed bell peppers, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. I also replaced the American cheese with Swiss.
One of my favorite snacks, and my daughter loved them too—she ate six, while I only got two!
