Place the mushrooms back into the oven and continue baking for around 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
We skipped the pepperoni as it’s not a favorite in our household. I didn't pre-bake the mushrooms and instead cooked them for 20 minutes total. I'll add some chicken next time. We ate this as a main course with a side of couscous.
What is the required oven temperature? Do you bake these or set the oven to broil?
