Mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice together in a small bowl. Start by stirring in 2 teaspoons of minced jalapeños; adjust the heat by adding more if you like, then season with salt to your preference. Serve and enjoy!
I left out the cilantro because I don't care for its taste.
My family dislikes cilantro, so I substituted a blend of parsley and mint instead. It was quite tasty, though I suspect the original cilantro version would have been my favorite.
The recipe doesn't specify Roma tomatoes, but I highly suggest using them. This is basically just Pico de Gallo, and there are several other recipes here that are equally good or better.
